Chapter 1 Introduction to Screw Machine

1.1 Introduction to screw machines
Automatic screw locking machines are also called automatic screw feeding machines. Automatic screw feeding breaks the traditional operation process of taking screws by hand. The machine will automatically deliver a screw to the top of the screwdriver mouth at the moment of lifting the screwdriver head. Gently press the screwdriver down to automatically complete the locking (the whole process takes 0.4-0.8 seconds each time), which greatly improves production efficiency, saves labor, and reduces workers' fatigue. Chapter 2 Screw Machine Operation Guide
1: How to use:
First, plug in the power, gas, turn on the main power, the electric screwdriver power, adjust the air pressure to 4~7kgf/cm²  (adjust to the appropriate air pressure according to the size of the screw), add screws, the hopper screws must not exceed the track for conveying screws, then long press (press and hold) to manually feed until the screws fill the track (you can see whether the track is full of screws from the hopper) and then start locking the screws. Before locking the screws, turn the electric screwdriver to the "F" gear, adjust the torque of the electric screwdriver to the applicable torque scale, and then push the electric screwdriver telescopic sleeve by hand to check whether there is a screw to be locked in the lock nozzle. If there is a screw to be locked, you can directly press the electric screwdriver. If there is no screw to be locked in the lock nozzle, please press the manual feeding button to feed the first screw first (do not operate the lock nozzle towards people to avoid being shot by the screw), then aim at the locking position of the product and press it down gently. After locking, lift the screwdriver quickly, and then lock the next screw, and so on. The "-" gear of the electric screwdriver is the middle gear of the electric screwdriver. When the electric screwdriver is under load, it will jump to this gear and stop working. The gear must be adjusted to the "F" gear to continue working. The "R" gear of the electric screwdriver is the gear for withdrawing screws.

2: Function keys of built-in host control panel:
1: Vibration size adjustment, 2 Vibration delay 3 Feeding delay. Please do not adjust this key easily, because it is adjusted to the best state during factory testing. If the screws of the track cannot keep up, please adjust the feeding delay key clockwise. Use a dust blower to clean the machine body and feeding system during maintenance, at least once a week.

3: Operation:
Open the package and connect the power and air pipe → Turn on the power switch → Pour the screws into the hopper → Open the cover and fine-tune the direct vibration to allow the screws to be smoothly delivered to the distributor port → Check the electric batch switch and adjust it to the forward direction → Release the button and the screws will be automatically delivered.

4: Troubleshooting for improper operation:
1) The screwdriver is too slow to be lifted during the lock, resulting in two consecutive feeds. The lock nozzle is equipped with two screws at the same time. At this time, please turn off the power of the electric screwdriver, pinch the clamp of the lock nozzle with your thumb and index finger, push the electric screwdriver to release the screw of the lock nozzle, turn on the power of the electric screwdriver and press manual feeding to continue the operation;
2) When the torque is reached during the lock, the screw does not come, and the screw does not come after several manual feedings. At this time, please open the chassis and check whether there are special-shaped screws blocking the screw distribution. If so: first turn off the power and air pressure valve, push the screws on the track toward the hopper so that the screws at the distribution are loose, then gently push and pull the cylinder to remove the special-shaped screws and continue the operation!

5: Precautions:
The machine cannot be inverted and squeezed. It is best to use a magnet to clean the hopper screws. Do not use a gas source with water. Do not adjust the electric and air valves at will, or disassemble non-standard parts at will (except for the technicians of your factory who have been trained by our company). Do not connect any accessories at will. Please turn off the power first during maintenance.


Chapter 3 Equipment Maintenance and Care
3.1 Installation and Use Environment:
Room temperature is required. It is not suitable to be used in a high temperature, humid, acidic or alkaline environment for a long time, so as not to affect the service life, efficiency and precision of the equipment.

3.2 Keep Clean: Clean the mechanism of the equipment after use; alcohol or commercial neutral cleaning fluid can be used for cleaning and maintenance.
3.3 Precautions for Cleaning
3.3.1 Do not use cleaning tools that damage the surface of the machine.
3.3.2 Do not use corrosive plastic utensils.
3.3.3 Do not use acidic solvents.
3.4 Regular Inspection and Maintenance: The machine should be inspected periodically to maintain the normal operation of the machine, including but not limited to the following aspects.
3.4.1 Clean up discarded nuts and debris.
3.4.2 Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the debris in the fixture.
3.4.3 Replace the fuse regularly. This equipment uses AC power supply, and a fuse should be used to prevent overload.
3.4.4 Rust prevention: spray all stainless steel and iron parts with anti-rust oil and wipe them evenly with a soft cloth.


Chapter 4 Simple troubleshooting of equipment
4.1 Unable to connect to the power supply
Turn the power switch to the "on" position, but the equipment is not powered on. It may be that the power supply in the distribution box is burned out. You must unplug the power plug and then turn on the distribution box to check whether the power light is normal.
Stuck screws: Check whether the air pressure is normal. Clean the stuck screws before using them normally. Only one screw can be retained from the screw tube to the chuck.


Note:
1. If the equipment smokes or emits odor during operation, please immediately press the emergency stop switch and cut off the power supply. After finding out the cause, power on the machine for testing.
2. If the fault cannot be eliminated after the above treatment, please contact the manufacturer for processing.
