Equipment Characteristics
1.This machine adopts a front-pulling material structure and adds a centering function, with a piercing accuracy of ±0.05MM.
2. This machine is designed for cutting and drilling small and medium-sized pipes, with a stable structure. The speed is 1.5 times that of the traditional general-purpose pipe cutter.
3. The simple and unique front-pulling feeding method, along with the addition of the centering function, ensures that the machine can normally cut tail materials of no more than 50mm, saving a lot.
4. It saves material loss and eliminates the tail material processing procedure.
The feeding time is only 2.5 seconds. Just batch hoist 6 meters of raw materials into the storage rack to achieve automatic feeding.
The entire process flow includes automatic feeding, automatic arrangement, automatic cutting and automatic blanking.
